Meet at Fort Doyle car park (Perry’s page 7 H1).
Saturday 11th September
HERM 8.15am
Meet at the Cambridge Berth (Perry’s page Town M/N6) for departure at 8.30am sharp. Walk around tranquil Herm, returning at 12.35pm or stay on for lunch, bring your own or visit one of the island’s fine eateries.
Sunday 19th September
‘AREN’T BIRDS BRILLIANT’ DAY - PENINSULA HOTEL 10.30am - 4pm.
Come and join our celebration of birds. Go on a guided walk, select new binoculars or maybe a telescope, buy your Christmas cards and other goodies. Lots of fun activities for the kids too. Tea/coffee and cakes available throughout the day.

WEEKEND WALK - PLEINMONT 8am
Meet at the Scramble Track car park (Perry’s page 32 C4) and walk around the headland looking for Autumn migrants.
Saturday 9th October
WEEKEND WALK - TALBOT VALLEY 8.30am
Meet at Rue a L’Eau (Perry’s page 22 D1) for a walk through the Ron Short Nature Reserve and then back through the lanes.
Wednesday 13th October
SLIDE SHOW WITH NANCY OGIER 8pm
‘Tanagers, Trogons and Turtles in Trinidad’ with Nancy, a wildlife enthusiast. At La Villette Hotel (Perry’s page 30 A2). Ticket price of £4 (RSPB Members £3) includes coffee/tea and biscuits. Arrive from 7.30pm or why not come a bit earlier and enjoy a bar meal beforehand.

‘FEED THE BIRDS’ DAY
With the colder days approaching it is time to put food out as our feathered friends need to feed most of the day to keep themselves alive during the night. If you don’t already, please start putting seeds, nuts, fat balls and the like in your garden. For advice please don’t hesitate to call any of our committee members.
